Two things to consider when installing Secondary Fan:

Clearance, & Wiring Method.

You can wire it via a remote 12V Relay, taking the hot directly from the battery,
through the relay to the 2nd Fan motor.
The ground for your *New* fan, goes to through the Sensor,
on the left side of your radiator. You can use Crimp Connectors, known
sometimes by the name "ScotchLocks"

You can also use a 3 Pos. 12v Switch for Bypass ability.

Simply run another ground via the switch to the new motor's
Relay you installed. Which will allow you to manually turn it on.
For me here in TX, we have hot summers, and I run mine that way.

Turning it to center position will allow it to run off the Sensor on the Radiator.

Turning it to the furthestmost position, will turn on both fans.

REMEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a GROUND that controls your fan NOT A HOT!!!

ALWAYS use an Inline Fuse holder, for safety reasons, and piece of mind.

Good Luck,
